Abdominal V Crunch

Abdominal V crunch is my favorite ab building exercise that is easy and provides the fastest turnaround. This exercise focuses on the abdominal muscles and help them grow by stiffing them without using gym equipment.

Steps: to perform this exercise, all you need to do is lie straight on the floor or ground. Place your hands below your head and flex the upper body and legs together towards your chest. Hold the knee with your hand for some time and let it go. Repeat these steps for 10 minutes to get absolutely killer abdominal muscles.

Reverse Crunch

The next amazing yet functional exercise that you can try at home without any gym equipment is the reverse crunch. This one is a bit difficult, but once you get used to it, you will love your mouth-watering abs.

Steps: lie on your back on the ground. Place your hand below your head while letting the legs lay on the ground. Bend both legs at the knee and bring the knee joints close to your abdomen. Keep your upper body straight on the ground and repeat these movements for at least 10 minutes.

Vertical Leg Crunch

Steps: this exercise is just like the abdominal V crunch, but the difference lies in the position of your legs. You only need to lie straight on the ground just like in the V crunch and keep the legs vertical at the right angle to your trunk using your hip knee joint. Straight Arm Crunch

Another crunch workout that works the abs is the straight arm crunch. As the name implies, this exercise just contains a little fluctuation in the position of your arms.

Steps: you need to lie flat on the ground with both arms by your side. In this crunch, you need to keep your legs extended strongly against the ground and at the same time flex your upper body with the upper arm stretched on the side. Crunches in Sitting Position
